Ceramics: Project #7

well chello chello. good morning little chimichangas. it's tuesday all day long.
and today i'm going to show off a fun little pinterest-inspired project.
i've been showing him's off for a couple of weeks now and i finally mustered up the time for this little fun and easy project.

a ton of you guys commented saying this would be the perfect jewelry stand. and i'm sure it would be. but those weren't the plans i had for this little one.

i wanted to use him specifically for my baker's rack
seriously you guys this was such a cheap and easy project. the best kind.
you can find ceramic pots and saucers just about anywhere, i got mines from hobby lobby.

you'll also need a little bottle of paint and a sponge. you can get both for a couple of cents.
i got bahama blue.

then. using your sponge just roughly paint the ceramic pots and saucers. it by all means doesn't have to be perfect. you want it to have a rough rustic look.

luckily they dried super quick.

ready to be glued together.

lastly i added baby rocks. you can get a bag of rocks at hobby lobby for 3 bucks.

and dont forget to snap an instagram.
this was seriously such an easy project.
and i swear yall these pictures don't do this little cupcake justice.

i love all the ideas pinterest gives me.
do you have a pinterest-inspired project you want to try?

speaking of the titantic......did you dudes know it's coming back to theaters IN 3D on april 6! my mom wouldn't let me see it the first time around cause it has naked people in it she was afraid i'd have nightmares of drowning....ahhh. [she knows me too well.] but i'm a big girl now and i'm going to see it this time around.
even if i have to go by myself.

"see those championship banners? when i first came to this school, they weren't here. they were over there. and i had them moved over here."
